Who should
pick which.
Pick Hevy if
- You want a free tracker with no ads and a big community.
- You log from an Apple Watch or a Wear OS watch.
- You like ready-made programs and sharing routines with friends.
Pick GainsWithAI if
- You want to know what to train today from your recovery.
- You would rather say your sets than tap them.
- You train each group when it's ready, not on fixed weekdays.
Why lifters
switch.
Your body says
when to push.
Sleep, heart rate and your sets become one score per group, every morning.
Say your sets.
Done.
Log by voice between sets, or tap through with steppers and a rest timer.
No fixed
weekdays.
Pick sessions a week. The next ready group comes up, never twice in a row.
Push is ready again. Pull needs about one more day.
Switching
from Hevy.
- Export from Hevy Profile, Settings, Export & Import Data, Export Data, then Export Workouts.
- Import in GainsWithAI Profile, Import workouts, then choose the file or paste its text. Kilos or pounds, warm-ups and RPE come with it.
- Check and save Duplicates are skipped and your PRs are found. Each import takes about 200 KB, a few months of training, so a long history goes in parts.
Importing is part of GainsWithAI Pro.
