From words
to sets.

  1. Talk for up to 30 seconds Say it like you'd tell a training partner: exercises, sets, reps, weight and RPE, in any order.
  2. AI turns it into sets Each exercise is matched to the exercise library, and anything it had to guess is flagged.
  3. Check and save You see every set before it's saved. New PRs show up the moment you save.

Things you
can say.

  • "Bench, 3 sets of 8 at 80 kilos" One exercise, done.
  • "Squats 5 by 5 at 120, then leg press 3 sets of 12 with 200" A whole session in one go.
  • "Bench 4 sets of 8 at 80, last set RPE 9" How hard it felt, too.
  • Kilos or pounds. A weight without a unit uses the units in your profile.

Rather paste? Text from your notes works the same way. Rather tap? The live session has steppers for weight and reps and a rest timer, with no typing between sets.

Ask your coach
out loud.

The coach and the plan editor take voice too. Say what you want to change.

Questions

Can I log a whole workout by voice?

Yes. Say every exercise in one go, up to 30 seconds, in any order. GainsWithAI splits it into exercises and sets, and you check them before saving.

What if it mishears a number in a noisy gym?

You see every set before it's saved, and anything it had to guess is flagged, so a wrong number is a quick fix. You can also paste text from your notes or log with steppers instead.

Does it work in kilos and pounds?

Yes. Say the unit, or leave it out and GainsWithAI uses the units in your profile. Voice logging is in English for now.

What happens to my voice recordings?

They're transcribed to text and then deleted. We keep the workout, not the audio.

Is voice logging free?

The free version includes 3 voice logs. Pro has unlimited voice logging: $49.99 a year with a 14-day free trial, or $6.99 a week. Voice logging needs a connection; live logging works offline.
