Switching
from Fitbod.

  1. Have your Fitbod CSV ready GainsWithAI reads Fitbod's workout CSV as it is. Fitbod's help center doesn't describe an export, so if you can't find one in the app, ask Fitbod's support.
  2. Import in GainsWithAI Profile, Import workouts, then choose the file or paste its text. No file? Paste your workouts from your notes instead.
  3. Check and save Duplicates are skipped and your PRs are found. Each import takes about 200 KB, a few months of training, so a long history goes in parts.

Importing is part of GainsWithAI Pro.
